I sincerely hope that Lance sues the ass of LeBlanc for the comments he made though judging by his press conference today I doubt he will bother. The french.. and most notable L’Equipe, will say that his lack of litigation means that he chooses not to sue because he has concerns that he would lose.

And what the hell were they doing keeping samples anyway… and why are they only naming Lance.. and also.. HE ADMITTED having EPO treatment as part of his cancer treatment.
